Nitrogen Plant
Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is a technology used to separate Nitrogen gas from the mixture of gases in Atmospheric air under pressure.
This process consists of 2 beds filled with Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS). When pre-filtered compressed air is passed through one CMS bed, Nitrogen comes out as the product gas. The waste gas (oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.) is discharged back into atmosphere. Upon saturation of the CMS bed, the process switches nitrogen generation to the other bed, while allowing the saturated bed to undergo regeneration by depressurization to atmospheric pressure. This ensures continuous supply of Nitrogen to your process. The filters are being imported from UK and other compressors are sourced from India and connected load is Compressor: 18.5 KW, 3 Phase 440 V (for 10CFM) After Cooler, Auto Drain, Air Dryer, Alarm System and N2 Generator: Incoming Cable – 2.5 sqmm/3 core Copper, MCB – 2.5 Amps. We use either Hitachi , Anest Iwata, Gardner Denver or Elgi based on the various parameters, location and environment and based on the CMS and air quality requirement (we offer unto 99.9995% purity).
The P & ID diagram and the lay out will be provided once the concept and process is clear from customer / user. All qualifications are part of our scope.
We also take projects for Humidity and Temperature controls for Pharmaceuticals Plants through AHU system (only automation along with supply of instrumentations are part of our scope)
